Is the last week in September a good time for a whale watching cruise?

I think September is still a good month (August being better), dress warm and get a seat inside the boat. It’s COLD AND WINDY!

No, we went pretty far out to seek whales. BUT we took a seal and lighthouse boat tour out of Boothbay Harbor Maine which was really nice.
