Very very slight incline from the station to the accommodation, but not that bad unless you have lots of luggage.
We drove to the hotel. There was a coin parking very near the hotel. The train station was also close by. Walking distance to Asakusa as well.
I was hoping to be able to view Tokyo Skytree from the balcony but it was not possible. However, I was able to see a good view of Tokyo Skytree from the hotel entrance.
