Hi It’s been awhile since I went but I looked it up and it appears that the races take place on Fridays and you have to be there by 9:30am. Here is their phone number: Al Shahaniya Race Track: +974 44 87 2028 I’m a little concerned telling you this as I wanted to be sure and I couldn’t find a race schedule. There are some tour companies who take people to the race track so that might be a better option. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful. Loren

Sorry to say that no races nowadays. Wait for any occasion and check the timing. If you want to visit, you can go anytime but preferred morning, just to see the racetrack and camels …
