Ford River Township is a civil township of Delta County in the U.S. state of Michigan. Its population was 2,019 at the 2020 census, down from 2,054 at the 2010 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 65.3 square miles, of which 64.8 square miles is land and 0.4 square miles is water.
