Worth the long walk down and hike back up, esp if you are a fan of big wave surfing. Pay the few dollars to go into the “surfing museum” and onto the roof of the fort. Very cool. If you are too w…Full review by Anchored

A:
The best way is to walk to the funicular and take it to the top of the hill and then walk passed the cathedral to the forte. These are not long walks.
