Just stop your car in front of the gate and they will open the gate for you, so you can park your car at the property of the Bob Marley Mausoleum. If they don't open the gate just honk the horn of the car and they will open the gate for you. Don't listen to the guys on the street.
At what time do the tours end? If i pay the fee at the door, does that include a tour or is that fee only to go in and explore ourselves?

I'm not sure when the tours end. Ours started at 9:00 and ended around 1:00. It's a thorough tour. Admission gets you in but a guide will take you around for the tour.
