Is this ok for a Claustrophobic person? Are the tunnels wide or narrow? Are we in small/confined spaces?

A person in my tour did have a negative reaction pretty early into the trip. It only got narrower and more confining, especially when you realize how deep you are.
What is the difference between the "The Great Stone Tour (The Classic Tour)" and the "The Great Bridge Tour (NEW)" in terms of what is visited, etc? Is one recommended over the other?

Both tours are great. The great bridge tour shows you newly discovered architecture.
Does anyone know if you can enter the Western Wall Tunnels through the Via Dolorosa exit? Do the passage the other way around and end in the actual Western Wall Plaza.
