McDonald, North Carolina

McDonald is a town in Robeson County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 94 at the 2020 census. The community was settled after the American Revolutionary War and later named for P. K. McDonald, who opened the town's first mercantile store and a turpentine distillery in 1893. The town was incorporated in 1911.
