Take the Ginza Tokyo-Metro Ginza Line to Omotesando, then walk to the blue line called Tokyo-Metro Chiyoda Line heading in the direction of Meijijingu-Mae. Get off at Meijijingu-Mae station. It is very near the shrine's main gate. It costs 170 Yen for a 1 way ticket and takes about 20-25 mins on the train. If you want to check the online train route website for the trains to take to the stations that you want to go to, price, distance, minutes, etc. google jorudan norikae for JR trains, subway routes. It's a very useful site for info on train routes in Japan. Enjoy your time in Tokyo!
