A motorized scooter could certainly not negotiate the whole tour. From the parking lot to the entrance building would work, and very slightly beyond that, but most of the tour would be impossible. I suggest you call the attraction office and ask what all is possible for handicapped visitors.

This is the original mystery spot, the others are replicas. It's still cool to check out but if you'll be disappointed that it's the exact same, I'd say skip it.
