Behind the falls was quite good. You go down the lift and through tunnels and see behind the falls. There was ice still on the falls.Full review by shirleyyappy

Big Disappointment. Don't waste your money. Although the viewing platform gives you a decent view of the falls, the 2 behind the falls portals leave a lot to be desired. You don't really see anything…Full review by MapleLeaf1867

Has this tour been effected. By the air quality? I’m due to travel in a week and half.

As of today, the air quality is at 3 ("low risk"). I don't think the venue itself is a problem. It's the long lineups upstairs for tickets and downstairs for the elevator. If we're talking 10+ ("extreme") like early last week, then I might be concerned. Just bring along an N95 mask and keep a eye on Environment Canada, just in case things go smoky again.

I'm not sure if you can rent a wheelchair there but I'm pretty sure the experience is handicapped accessible at a wheelchair level. If she were to walk she would need to be able to enter the building and walk through a long queue. Then she would talk an elevator down to the falls and the tunnels are flat and all on one level to view the falls. Each tunnel is probably 200 feet long (I'm speculating). Hope this helps!

Q:
Should I pre purchase my tickets for Journey Behind The Falls to avoid the ticket line and get right in line for when it opens at 10 am?
A:
Yes, that would save you time incase the place is crowded!
Q:
Is there any luggage storage option at the reception or around?
A:
We didn't see any. We just left our luggage at the motel. They held it even after we checked out.
