I do not see a way to buy individual etickets in advance although the website recommends that. How would I do that? Also, what are the hours for the cave in November? Thank you

Entrance fees to the cave are included in various tour packages and are definitely worth it. We did not buy a separate ticket to the cave.
Is this suitable for someone who uses a walking stick but can manage stairs?

I think it would be ok. There are quite a lot of steps but there is plenty of light so I don't think it would be a problem if you take it steady. It might be an idea to have someone with you
