St. Johns is a village in Perry County, Illinois, United States. The population was 218 at the 2000 census. The village was named in 1856 after St. John's Day. According to the 2010 census, St. Johns has a total area of 0.767 square miles, of which 0.73 square miles is land and 0.037 square miles is water.
