Do I need to arrive early if I have pit level seating in order to get better seats? If so how early?

Does the pit have an assigned stand up seating? Whatbwould be the best seat?
A:
I am not sure. It did not appear so to me. We had very nice seats in the first sections, but I was told that there isn't a bad seat in the place! I can believe that. A very nice venue.
