Can anyone tell me if this is near enough to Snowdon please? We are thinking of coming to Zip World and staying for a couple of days and would like to be able to do both places... Also, any recommendations pn places to stay between both locations? Thanks very much

Hi, you can either book parking at Pen y Pass at £20 per day or park in Betws y Coed and take the Sherpa S1 bus to Pen y Pass at £6.50. Both are ideal for the Miner’s track and the …
Hi, you can either book parking at Pen y Pass at £20 per day or park in Betws y Coed and take the Sherpa S1 bus to Pen y Pass at £6.50. Both are ideal for the Miner’s track and the PyG track. Pen y Pass is 21 miles from Llechwedd and takes about 35mins. Betws y Coed is 11 miles from Llechwedd and takes about 21 minutes. The S1 bus goes at 3 mins past the hour on the hour from 08:03 and returns on the hour every hour. Hope this helps.

The worse part is just before you go, but once you leave the platform it’s an amazing experience and I forgot all about the heights. Good advice on looking forward!
