I just want to give a big 👍 to HWH and their customer service. I had a system failure with my 2004 Itasca 37b jacks. I was able to complete our trip by unplugging the solenoids, fortunate the slides… Full review by Terry Ervin

The current warranty, for an aftermarket system, is one year for parts and labor. You must have prior authorization from HWH before getting warranty service. For manufacturer...
