Stunning views on hike through this water carved gorge. Traversing the cement walkway hanging from the cliffs above to the Lower and Upper Falls adds to the thrill. Go early to avoid big crowds! Full review by Margaretac53

I would suggest you take the bus from Banff. You can reserve it in advance. I did see plenty of parking there, but unfortunately don't know when it fills up. If you are able, be sure to continue the hike to the hot pots as they are also worth seeing - although Johnston Canyon is amazing.
