Great place with lots of interesting displays. The information cards for each item might take a while to read, so take a picture and read it at home. Very descriptive as well. Learnt a lot there! Full review by Aviation C

How long would you allow to visit this museum?
A:
At least two hours. On several occasions we have spent a whole day there, including having lunch at the lovely cafe (with its superb view of the lake) and taking a walk around the grounds.

How do I get there using public transportation from The city of Canberra?

Route 934 from City Bus Station or 30-35 minutes walk

A:
No I wouldn't think that a child of 2.5 would be interested, give it a couple more years so can better take it in and appreciate it. Thanks for your question S.T.C
