Worth the long walk down and hike back up, esp if you are a fan of big wave surfing. Pay the few dollars to go into the “surfing museum” and onto the roof of the fort. Very cool. If you are too w…Full review by Anchored

Do you guys know what time does the surf museum close?
A:
We visited at around 3pm in the winter and it was open. The entrance fee is 2 euros I think.

A:
We had a rental car, so we drove. The other option is to take the funicular up to Sitio, and then it is a short walk to the Forte past the main square in Sitio. The walk there is downhill
