The main floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. A full bath and laundry are on the lower level. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and range. From the large porch overlooking the channel you can enjoy one of the best marsh views from comfortable rocking chairs. There is also a cozy screened in porch for the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. A large enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off outside after a busy day at the beach. The house is at the end of the street, away from traffic and only a short walk to the beach. Please note, we do not rent to student groups or under 25.
