Triston Casas had to be carted off the field on a stretcher after suffering a major injury to his left knee in the second inning.

With Buehler out, Brayan Bello moved up a day to start the series opener, leaving Saturday’s starter up in the air. Cora didn’t make an official decision on who would make that start, but said it would likely be Hunter Dobbins, who was recalled from Triple A Worcester.
