ATLANTA - Officers with the Atlanta Police Department flooded Midtown Atlanta shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday after a report of a shooting. According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers found a man with an apparent gunshot wound to the arm. The man was alert, conscious, and breathing as he was rushed to an area hospital.
