Judge Sara Ellis earlier this month forbade agents from using gas and other “riot control” weapons without warning, but attorneys claim the feds are "simply ignoring" her order.
The judge’s order came less than 24 hours after Border Patrol Chief Greg Bovino fired tear gas at a crowd during an aggressive raid in Little Village.
Border Mounted Patrol Unit arrested Mexican national Adan Delgado-Ortega with lengthy criminal history including assault and weapons charges in Texas.
Its agents are immigration officers, like officials at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, which is also part of the Department of Homeland Security. While ICE has traditionally operated in the country, Border Patrol’s focus is the 6,000 miles of international border and a zone of about 100 miles inland.

A trial date has been set for February for a woman who was shot by an immigration agent earlier this month after she allegedly rammed his SUV in Brighton Park.
