CHARLOTTE — Crews were on the scene of a two-alarm fire in northwest Charlotte Tuesday morning. The Charlotte Fire Department confirmed they were at the scene on Tar Heel Road, near Toddville Road and Exchange Street, just before 7:30 a.m. When they first arrived, CFD said they could see flames showing through the roof.
