A gas leak directly in front of a Lowe’s Home Improvement store in northwest Dallas has prompted road closures in the area that could last nearly all day, according to Dallas Fire-Rescue officials. Fire officials said Wednesday morning in an emailed statement that an 8 inch gas main had ruptured in front of the store at 11920 Inwood Road on Tuesday evening.
