Maine Senate confirms Heather Sanborn
Heather Sanborn, the nominee for state public advocate to succeed William Harwood, who’s set to retire Jan. 31, was endorsed on a 7-5 vote by the Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee.
She also once ran one of Maine’s largest breweries. After the retirement of Bill Hardwood, Governor Janet Mills nominated Heather Sanborn of Portland to serve as Maine's Public Advocate.
