Police have named and charged a 53-year-old man with multiple offences after a car ploughed into a crowd of people during Liverpool’s title-winning parade on Monday.
27 people were transported to the hospital, with 2 described as having 'serious' injuries; police have detained the suspect.
The vehicle collided with "a number of pedestrians on Water Street" just after 6 p.m. local time on Monday, police said.
The collision is being treated as an isolated incident and police are not looking for anyone else in relation to it.
