In a post-Super Bowl conversation with Brock and Salk, Seattle Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald discussed the process of hiring a new OC to replace Klint Kubiak.

The Seattle Seahawks will need to hire a new offensive coordinator as Klint Kubiak is expected to the next head coach with the Las Vegas Raiders after Super Bowl 60.

The Seahawks are wasting little time replacing Klint Kubiak after his move to Las Vegas. With Seattle reportedly “closing in” on an internal hire, several familiar names are in play, and a small behind-the-scenes clue has fans watching one candidate closely.

In the aftermath of Seattle’s Super Bowl victory, Klint Kubiak‘s departure became official. The Seahawks’ 2025 offensive coordinator will take charge of the Raiders next season.

"I'm really happy for Klint. Without him, we wouldn't be here," Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said on NFL Network, following a 29-13 victory against the New England Patriots. "Happy for Klint, he's a world champ, and we'll see what happens in the next couple days."
