There are three different winter storms that could drop snow in Massachusetts in the next week. The first one is Wednesday.
Residents west of Boston will experience plowable snow on Wednesday, marking the first of three possible winter storms in the coming days.

A mix of rain and snow is likely throughout the state on Wednesday (Feb. 18) before changing to all snow later that night, NWS said.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Berkshire County and western Hampden County from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday for accumulating snow and ice. Light snow is expected to move into western Massachusetts on Tuesday afternoon and evening, potentially bringing up to four inches of accumulation to some areas.
Tuesday marks the beginning of an active winter pattern.
The best chance for showers on Monday is on the South Coast and Cape Cod and the Islands, with the lingering snow likely to exit east of Nantucket by mid-morning, according to National Weather Service forecasters. Those showers are unlikely to lead to any significant accumulation, with forecasters predicting a trace to one-to-two tenths of an inch.
