Teddy Bridgewater's signing with the Detroit Lions on Thursday didn't come as any surprise to Hendon Hooker. The Lions' backup quarterback knew Bridgewater was planning to return to the team way back before training camp.

Per a report by Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, Lions' backup Hendon Hooker said he thought back in the summer the Miami Northwestern head coach would be back with the team at some point
