Many Head Start programs across the country could be forced to close at the end of this week if the federal government shutdown continues, jeopardizing free child care and other services for tens of thousands of families with young children.

First, on Oct. 29, the long-awaited second season of "Hazbin Hotel" premieres with its first two episodes. Following the battle with Heaven, Charlie's hotel is rebuilt and booming, but she now faces a new problem: sinners are checking in to gain power, not redemption, while the sinister Vees' plot to capitalize on how crazy everything is.

The next FOMC meeting kicks off today, with the culmination on Wednesday, when the central bank announces its latest interest-rate decision. The Fed is overwhelmingly expected to cut rates by 25 basis points, followed by a press conference from Chair Jerome Powell.
