In a rare interview for Disney Studios with 12-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, Beyoncé takes us behind-the-scenes as the two provide their voice acting skills for Mufasa, the live-action prequel for The Lion King. Beyoncé reprises her role as lioness Nala, while Blue makes her feature film debut as Kiara, Nala and Simba’s daughter.

With Beyoncé and Jay-Z as parents, Blue Ivy was born into music royalty when she arrived in January 2012. “Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful,” the couple wrote in a statement at the time.
