Corey Graves was a big star in NXT, but when his wrestling career came to an early end WWE offered him another role.

Fan-favorite WWE announcer Corey Graves is not happy with his current position in the company and let it be known publicly this week.

The former wrestler turned talking head hit up X last night to say he was told he’s “not famous enough for (his) own job.” That’s clearly a shot at Pat McAfee, who recently returned from his work on college football broadcasts and was given the color commentator slot on Raw opposite Michael Cole.

Corey Graves is reportedly not scheduled to appear on the January 14th episode of NXT. Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that Graves will not be appearing on Tuesday's NXT and "was spotted this afternoon at the Orlando Airport, going through TSA to leave the city."
