Milwaukee Bucks star guard Damian Lillard exited Sunday night's home playoff game against the Indiana Pacers with a potentially serious lower left leg injury.

"Damian Lillard," the Bucks posted on Sunday along with a prayer hands emoji. Lillard had been medically cleared to both play and travel after dealing with a blood clot in his right calf. It is unfortunate news for Lillard who worked hard to move past a previously scary medical diagnosis.
