A Democratic congressman rapped the first few verses of the Notorious BIG’s song Juicy on the floor of the House of Representatives on Friday in honour of the 20th anniversary of the star’s death.

In much of his music, Biggie was known for sampling other songs that he loved. His 1994 hit single “Juicy” sampled Mtume’s 1983 song “Juicy Fruit,” and contained some of the original song’s vocals.
