Kyler Murray injury update: Cardinals name starter vs Seattle, more details emerge on QB’s foot
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has a timetable of 4-8 weeks to return from a foot injury, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Schefter also reported that Jacoby Brissett will remain the starter for this Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Arizona Cardinals will not have Kyler Murray ready to go for their next game, however, that's not the only announcement made by head coach Jonathan Gannon.
Coach Jonathan Gannon said Tuesday that Brissett will start against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday while franchise quarterback Kyler Murray continues to recover from a foot injury. Gannon didn't rule Murray out for the Seahawks game, but said announcing a starter gives the team some clarity during preparation.
The Cardinals' Kyler Murray (foot) is questionable for Monday night's game against the Cowboys after practicing in limited fashion all week. As per Saturday reports, even if Murray is cleared to play,
