New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill on Sunday announced that NJ Transit will suspend all rail service by 9 p.m. as a major winter storm hits the region, bringing more than 24 inches of snow to some parts of the state. Bus service, light rail and Access Link services will be suspended starting at 6 p.m., Sherrill said.
