Forecasters say to expect significant flooding in East End, California and New Richmond, Ohio, with backwater floods in Silver Grove, Kentucky, and riverfront buildings flooded in Aurora, Indiana.

"Everything I worked for, for four years, is underwater now," Nick Hinton, owner of Hinton Detail in Clarksville, said.

Dozens of roads were closed due to high water and now, that the water has gone down, more problems are arising.
