Evacuation orders remain in place near Line Fire burn scar due to heavy rain
Nicole Comstock reports from Highland, which is one of the San Bernardino County communities that remain under evacuation orders as a powerful storm continues moving through the area, bringing a threat of flooding and mudslides with it.
"SR-330 closed from Live Oak to Highland Ave due to debris flow from #LineFire burn scar. Unknown duration of reopening as crews still need to make assessments." Caltrans wrote on Facebook.
On Thursday at 2 a.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the NWS San Diego CA valid from 10 p.m. until Friday 10 a.m.
