Once you catch a Shiny Carvanha, you can evolve it into a Shiny Sharpedo. The cost of evolution is 50 candy in Pokemon GO. You can farm the Candy by catching and transferring numerous Carvanha.

Yeah, we wouldn’t have guessed it either... Carvanha and its evolution, Sharpedo, are both awful in Pokémon Go. There's no sugar-coating that, unfortunately - its Defence stat is just atrocious.
