The British singer/songwriter was one of Swift’s Eras Tour openers back in 2023. Swift, 34, kicked off her popular tour in the U.S. in March 2023 before taking it overseas. Laus, 24, opened for Swift at several of the pop superstar’s early U.S. concerts in March and April of last year.

For her part, Swift made sure to give her Toronto fans a special shoutout early on in Thursday's show. The 34-year-old delivered a six-word message to the nearly 50,000-person crowd in attendance. "Oh Toronto we are so back,” Swift said.
