A bizarre new study has analysed over 100 beaches worldwide, revealing that Spain is home to the world's happiest beach.

The researchers then calculated an average score out of 100 to create an overall Beach Happiness Score for each location. And Troon beach was named the 26th happiest beach with a score of 82.93.
