Shortly after the 2025 NFL Draft, Florida Gators wide receiver Elijhah Badger signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. Last season, Badger hauled in 39 passes (second-most on the team) while leading the team in both receiving yards (806) and touchdowns (4).

The Chiefs will enter offseason workouts with established wide receivers Xavier Worthy, Rashee Rice (who is returning from an injury ), Marquis “Hollywood” Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Nikko Remigio and Skyy Moore among others.

The Kansas City Chiefs selected SMU RB Brashard Smith with the No. 228 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft. Smith is the best satellite running back in the 2025 NFL draft. Smith is a former wide receiver who converted to running back and is noticeable on film. He is a dynamic weapon in the passing game out of the backfield.
