Bobby Slowik had a busy day. The Houston Texans' offensive coordinator interviewed with the New York Jets for their open head coaching position Thursday, the team announced. The interview took place virtually as he simultaneously prepares for the Texans' playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday.

The New York Jets interviewed Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith and Houston Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik for their head coach position.

Ron Rivera , Mike Vrabel, Rex Ryan, Matt Nagy, Aaron Glenn, Mike Locksley, Steve Spagnuolo, Darren Rizzi, and Jeff Ulbrich have all been interviewed for the Jets coaching position. Vrabel was hired as the coach of the Patriots on Jan. 12.
