A state Superior Court panel on Tuesday vacated the sentence of Blair J. Steward and remanded the case so the trial court can determine if, under an 1883 act, Buffalo Valley Regional Police had jurisdiction to charge him. The charge stemmed from an argument Steward had with a supervisor when he arrived late for work on Dec. 18, 2024.
