WASHINGTON — The Trump Department of Justice and FBI announced Monday that they had “conducted an exhaustive review” into the death of disgraced financier and child abuser Jeffrey Epstein and found more than 10,000 downloaded videos of illegal child sex abuse. Epstein, who killed himself in a New York prison cell in 2019, clearly was a monster.
Mark Epstein specifically targeted FBI Director Patel, questioning his ability to determine cause of death without medical expertise.
Steve Bannon has demanded that President Donald Trump hire a special prosecutor to probe the Epstein files amid a flurry of criticism. His call comes after the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) confirmed in a leaked memo that no “client list” exists for accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and that the billionaire financier died by suicide,
On Monday, the Justice Department and the FBI released a memo evoking outrage from both President Donald Trump’s critics and his most ardent supporters.
The Epstein affair had the hallmarks of a conspiracy theory. He was a rich financier with a Jewish surname and powerful acquaintances, including Bill Clinton, a former president, and Prince Andrew, a British royal.
"Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?" President Trump said in response to questions about the convicted sex offender.
"Everybody around him was kind of like, ‘oh God, we hope she won’t say anything but we really hope he doesn’t pardon her.'"
How can people be expected to have faith in Trump if he won’t release the Epstein files?” Musk tweeted on Tuesday. On the same day, Musk retweeted a Babylon Bee article mocking the Trump Justice Department’s stance on Epstein.
