The NBA announced that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has won December's Western Conference Player of the Month award. He's now won it in back-to-back months and three times in his entire career.

The NBA announced on Thursday that the Oklahoma City Thunder have seen superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander earn back-to-back player of the month honors taking the December crown behind a fantastic month.

After losing to the Thunder, Timberwolves All-Star Anthony Edwards named Shai Gilgeous-Alexander MVP of the season. After the game, Thunder coach Mark Daigneault talked about Gilgeous-Alexander’s gradual improvement on and off the floor.
