Hostin and his practice, Hostin Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, were named in a major RICO case among nearly 200 other defendants.

Dr. Emmanuel “Manny” Hostin, orthopedic surgeon and husband of The View co-host Sunny Hostin, has been accused of insurance fraud. The federal lawsuit, filed in New York, names Hostin and his practice among over 180 defendants.

According to a suit obtained by Page Six, the Emmanuel Hostin was one of 200 defendants named in one of the biggest RICO cases ever filed in New York.
