A woman fought off a masked man after waking to find him inside her bedroom, Connecticut police say. The woman called 911 at about 2 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31, and said she woke to find a masked man inside her bedroom, the Redding Police Department said in a news release shared on Facebook.

According to police, the 12-year-old, along with an 11-year-old, were playing with snow and throwing snowballs at cars.
