Illinois football is adding more experience to its coaching staff. Mike Neu has been named senior offensive assistant for Illinois, the program announced on Thursday. Neu spent the last nine seasons as the head coach at Ball State.

Former Ball State football head coach Mike Neu will join the University of Illinois coaching staff as a Senior Offensive Analyst.
